Qualifications

- Must reside in Puerto Rico at the start date of employment.
- STEM degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience typical for this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong technical writing and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Responsibilities
- Review industry specifications, customer specs and drawings against internal specs.
- Complete compliance tabulations and document adherence to customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve compliance issues with engineers at other facilities.
- Support meetings to share status, metrics and technical information.
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements.
- Write and update standard work documents.
- Ensure timely work by priority and deadlines.
- Support audits and corrective actions.
