Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in higher education, student affairs or related field.
  • At least 1 year in a student-facing/student services role in higher education.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and manage programs for college students.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Supports engineering students with internships, co-ops, and full-time job opportunities.
  • Plans and executes complex events and programs with industry partners and alumni.
  • Guides students on career preparation, resumes/cover letters, interviewing, and networking strategies.
  • Maintains student and program records and career engagement data.
  • Collaborates with advisors and unit liaisons to expand ECS reach and impact.
