Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin’s Cockrell School of Engineering is seeking a Co‑op & Career Programs Coordinator to deliver first‑rate career services for students and alumni, and lead multiple programs such as career fairs and externships. This role focuses on advising, outreach, and program management on campus.

You will supervise ECAC student workers, assist with resumes and job searches, and partner with faculty and employers to expand opportunities for graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years coordinating student programs and career services.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and stakeholders.
• Experience supervising student employees or volunteers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Engineering Co‑op Program.
• Provide career advising and coordinate workshops and outreach.
• Supervise ECAC student employees and coordinate front‑of‑house operations.
• Support ECAC initiatives and collaborate with campus partners.
