Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Manager - Engineering Capability & Transformation Leader to drive talent and skills across Engineer 2030. You will partner with CTO, HR, Talent, and business leaders to build scalable engineering capabilities and adopt AI-enabled workforce tools.

Focus is on strategy and execution, stakeholder alignment, and leading kaizen-driven improvements across engineering functions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 7+ years of progressive engineering/technical experience.
• Proven ability to lead structured problem solving including kaizen events and process design.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate analytics into strategic workforce recommendations.
• Experience leading initiatives across business units in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering capability transformation with forward-looking workforce strategy.
• Design and deploy modernized reviews linking skills gaps, succession, and mobility.
• Leverage AI-enabled talent intelligence and external data to inform decisions.
• Partner with Talent and Talent Acquisition to shape external talent strategy.
• Own program governance and weekly operating cadence across workstreams.
