SOSi seeks an Engineering Branch Chief to lead and align multi‑disciplinary engineering teams in support of critical government missions at Camp H.M. Smith, Honolulu.

In this executive role you will shape policies, oversee delivery across time zones, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure compliance with DoD standards while driving innovation and customer satisfaction. This position requires ten or more years in IT, with leadership, and active clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DCWF 651 Enterprise Architect – Intermediate qualification.
• DCWF 802 IT Project Manager – Intermediate qualification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications as listed.
• Ten years of IT experience with at least five in leadership.
• Experience with government agencies or DoD contracting.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and lifecycle development.
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering policies and QA measures.
• Establish long-term strategic plans for the engineering branch.
• Liaise between USPACOM HQ and contractor staff.
• Lead and manage engineers across disciplines and time zones.
• Ensure compliance with government policies, cybersecurity, and standards.
• Mentor engineering staff and drive professional development.
• Support proposal development with technical input and cost plans.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource planning for projects.
• Monitor performance, risk, and schedules for timely delivery.
• Represent the branch in reviews, audits, and briefings.
