Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a TS clearance, 10+ years in IT with leadership, and DoD/DoD contracting experience, plus strong systems engineering expertise and communication skills. On-site with occasional remote work and travel.

Qualifications

• Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Ten years IT experience with at least five years in leadership.
• Experience with government agencies or DoD contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, project management, lifecycle development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and QA measures.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across time zones and disciplines.
• Serve as primary liaison between government customers and contractor staff.
• Oversee planning, budgets, staffing, and scheduling for engineering tasks.
• Mentor staff, drive professional development, and foster innovation.
