Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop product concepts for refrigeration systems and I&W components.
• Apply design controls, FMEA, test-to-fail, and simulations.
• Deliver KPIs for cooling I&W system including safety and quality.
• Support Six Sigma tools and process mapping to drive improvements.
• Protect intellectual property by pursuing patent opportunities.
