Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead specializing in Engineering & PLM to drive transformation across client engineering and product development functions. This role focuses on PLM-enabled process modernization, functional design, and bridging strategy with execution, delivering scalable operating models and roadmaps for modernization.

Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Competenze

Minimum 7 years of experience on engineering improvement initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years in a Fortune 500 company or equivalent.
Experience facilitating requirement gathering workshops and process design sessions.
Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
Experience with PLM platforms and related technologies (PLM, digital thread, cloud).

Mansioni

Lead and mentor consulting teams on engineering transformation and PLM programs.
Define end-to-end functional solution designs leveraging PLM capabilities.
Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
Guide development of Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps.
Manage client relationships and facilitate executive workshops.
Oversee testing, validation, and business acceptance from a functional view.
Support delivery governance, estimates, and scope for new work.
