Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Digital Engineering transformation initiatives for Aerospace & Defense clients, modernizing engineering, product development, and manufacturing capabilities through strategic advisory services.

You will lead engagements, develop business cases and transformation roadmaps, and partner with stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation. Strong PLM/MBSE expertise and executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of management consulting or 10+ years in aerospace/defense, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
Deep PLM and MBSE expertise with transformation strategy experience.
Experience advising on digital engineering initiatives (digital thread, digital twin, MBE, MOM/MES, ERP).
Track record building strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and executive business cases.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management across engineering and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic engagements on digital engineering, product lifecycle transformation, and operational improvement for A&D clients.
Develop executive-level business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities.
Support business development with proposals and practice growth.
Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership and delivery excellence.
