Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to drive engineering transformation, optimize product development, and modernize PLM-enabled processes for leading clients.

You will own functional designs, guide cross-functional teams, manage requirements and workflows, ensure PLM solutions align with engineering and regulatory goals, and mentor consultants while leading client workshops and delivering measurable

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company, contributing to a dynamic and high-performance work environment.
Experience facilitating requirement gather workshops and process design sessions.
Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
Experience with Engineering systems and platforms such as CAD and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor consultants on engineering transformation initiatives.
Define end-to-end functional solution designs leveraging PLM capabilities.
Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
Guide development of Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps.
