Job summary

EY in the US seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP PLM transformations across manufacturing and engineering. You will partner with engineering, product development, and IT to design future-state capabilities and deliver integrated SAP PLM solutions, including data governance, BOMs, documents, and engineering changes.

You will own the SAP PLM roadmap, oversee Windchill-SAP interfaces, manage delivery teams and vendors, and ensure compliant, scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years delivering SAP-enabled PLM in complex environments.
• At least 3 years SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA with PLM.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and delivery.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP PLM roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment.
• Design PLM processes: master data, BOMs, docs, specs.
• Facilitate workshops to document current and future states.
• Oversee Windchill and SAP S/4HANA interface delivery.
• Manage engaged teams and ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
