Job summary

Trane Technologies Accelerated Development Program (ADP) in engineering offers recent graduates challenging assignments and leadership training across multiple locations. You will rotate through product lines, cross-functional teams, and new product development to build a solid engineering foundation.

The program includes onsite and hybrid expectations, with relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles. A BS/MS in engineering with a 3.0+ GPA and demonstrated leadership are required, plus

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar engineering degree.
• Degree must be completed prior to program start with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrated leadership: minimum two examples (e.g., school clubs, sports captain, resident advisor) or leadership of work projects.
• Internship or six months of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotations including Product Line, Cross-functional, and Project-based assignments (12/6/12 months).
• Onsite five days per week or hybrid with three days onsite depending on rotation needs.
• Develop engineering foundations in Modeling & Simulation, Value Analysis/Engineering, Product Management, Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development.
• Relocation assistance provided for moves of 50 miles or more.
