Job summary

Trane Technologies’ Accelerated Development Program in Operations offers recent graduates hands-on rotations across four core areas—OpEx, Materials, Quality, and Plant Leadership—at multiple U.S. manufacturing sites.

Participants gain leadership exposure and core operations experience while rotating to address diverse business needs. Participants develop lean manufacturing, planning, and problem‑solving skills, with relocation assistance for eligible moves.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain with GPA 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership: school clubs, sports, or project leadership.
• Internship or six months of related work experience.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to rotating assignments in the US.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six‑month rotations (with optional fifth) in OpEx, Materials, Quality, Plant Leadership.
• Rotations based in selected US manufacturing plants; relocation assistance where needed.
• Apply Lean, SIOP, planning, and problem-solving tools to improve operations.
• Collaborate across teams to drive safety, productivity, and quality improvements.
