Job summary

Trane Technologies plc offers an Accelerated Development Program in Operations for new graduates. Participants will rotate through OpEx, Materials, Quality, and Plant Leadership roles across select U.S. plants, with relocation support for distant sites.

You'll build expertise in lean production, planning, and problem solving while working toward leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Eligible candidates are US-based graduates in engineering or supply chain fields.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills: example-driven (club officer, team captain, resident advisor, etc.)
• Work experience: internship or six months related experience
• Ability to adapt to changing business circumstances
• Eager to learn and grow by seeking new information and experiences
• Strong collaboration to coordinate efforts and produce results
• Willingness to relocate and geographic flexibility
• US citizenship or right to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations: OpEx, Materials, Quality, Plant Leadership/Supervision
• Gain exposure to lean manufacturing, planning, logistics, and process optimization
• Develop skills in SIOP, production supervision, and manufacturing engineering
• Relocate for rotations with assistance when distance is significant
