Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Political Science, English, Engineering, or any other major with substantial writing-intensive requirements.
• Two years related experience; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Experience in higher education administration, accreditation, assessment, or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ABET Self-Study master drafts and coordinate submission of reports and accreditation documentation.
• Collect, update, and organize data for accreditation and assessment activities with faculty and offices.
• Support compliance with SACSCOC requirements by coordinating data and supporting evidence.
• Assist Director in accreditation communication with alumni, students, and external partners.
• Administer stakeholder surveys with Qualtrics, compile results, and analyze feedback.
• Coordinate Industry Advisory Board meetings and track follow-up actions.
