Job summary

Ruhrpumpen seeks a Packaging Business Development Manager to grow engineered system sales and market presence. You will engage existing customers and new OEMs, delivering bundled solutions that may include pumps, controls, piping, and instrumentation.

You will apply deep knowledge of engineered system requirements across energy, oil & gas, chemical, and industrial markets, while shaping commercial strategies with RP's global sales engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in business management, engineering, or equivalent discipline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop market entry strategies for engineered systems.
• Build relationships with existing RP customers and new prospects.
• Lead technical-commercial presentations and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Serve as main contact during early project development.
