Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow Engineer for a 6-month contract position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This role is available on a remote basis and focuses on platform implementations, enhancements, and enterprise-scale initiatives in a hands-on technical capacity. You will lead platform implementations, design and develop cross-module solutions, and mentor developers and administrators while collaborating with stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable technical

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience leading platform implementations or major enhancement programs.
• Experience mentoring developers and administrators.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with multiple integrations, governance controls, and SDLC processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
