Williams is seeking an Senior Engineer to conduct technical and economic evaluations for CCUS initiatives in Tulsa. You will develop reservoir models for CO2 injection, analyze reservoir response, and support well design, permitting, and feasibility studies.
The role requires ABET-accredited or PE-qualified education with 8+ years of relevant experience. You will collaborate with the CCUS project team and external consultants, deliver presentations, and drive continuous improvement in CCUS

As an Engineer Sr., you will conduct technical and economic evaluations in support of the Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage team. You will develop and apply reservoir simulation models for CO2 injection analyzing reservoir response, storage efficiency, and capacity. Support team on well design, permitting process, feasibility studies, and commercial development opportunities. Taking initiative and anticipating customer needs will make you a stand-out player. Confidence in presentation-making and the ability to work independently and as a critical, and trusted member of a team are also vital in this role!
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; and a minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Preferred: Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of CCUS technologies, project development processes, and industry regulations
Preferred: Reservoir simulation experience with CMG/Eclipse or Intersect Software
Preferred: Strong understanding of statistical methods for populating reservoir properties within reservoir models
Proficiency in engineering specialties covering more than one subject area
Preferred: Project Management experience
