Job summary

Jobtailor in North Carolina is seeking a Network Operations Specialist to troubleshoot and optimize our 24x7 network environment. You will manage maintenance, inventory, audits, and reporting while analyzing coverage and implementing improvements.

This role requires strong communication and hands-on experience with routers, switches, and AI tool exposure. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of relevant experience, plus CCNA/CCNP as preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to operate a company vehicle throughout assigned territories.

• Technically aligned associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred as an additional qualification
• CCNA, CCNP, or other vendor-equivalent certifications preferred
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and end-to-end connection correlation preferred
• Experience with 4G/5G platforms preferred
• Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations preferred
• Strong customer service/vendor management experience preferred
