Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in the United States seeks an entry-level Engineer I to learn and contribute to electrical design under supervision. You will provide technical design and assistance on PV, DG, BESS, and MV systems, while developing power diagrams and coordinating with multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering and are pursuing NCEES Engineering in Training. Strong CAD and office skills are beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Engineering in Training with NCEES in progress.
• Combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Designers and collaborate with the team.
• Review and comment on equipment and system submittals.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work.
• Prepare designs and specify PV, DG, BESS, and MV systems.
• Develop power single-line diagrams.
• Model short circuits and coordination studies.
• Assist with feeder schedules and cable losses.
