Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 2 years of engineering experience.
• Engineer-In-Training and PE registration encouraged.
• LEED AP is desired for this position.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff on your work or team.
• Review, comment on, and process equipment and system submittals with Engineer of Record.
• Develop complete and accurate sequences of operation for electrical systems.
• Prepare and review power distribution system designs, including power, lighting, grounding, and auxiliary systems.
• Perform short circuit studies, protective device coordination, arc flash analyses.
• Coordinate study results with project specifications, equipment procurement and construction.
• Visit jobsites to collect electrical system data and verify existing conditions.
• Attend project design meetings and coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and commissioning teams.
