Blattner Energy, Inc. is seeking an Engineer I – Civil & Structures to design and deliver utility-scale solar and wind projects.

You will support preconstruction and project engineering, reviewing drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, and ensuring safety and compliance throughout the design life of the power plant. Applicants should have an ABET-accredited degree in civil/structural/mechanical engineering, plus an EIT/FE certification and relevant experience in heavy civil or utilities, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering from ABET-accredited college.
• EIT or FE certification.
• Experience in heavy civil, industrial, or utilities; renewables a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and assist with civil/structural designs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and support constructability reviews.
• Coordinate with Engineers of Record and project teams.
• Support both preconstruction/estimating and project engineering phases.
