Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a hands-on associate to operate basic hand tools, disassemble units, and clean components for reassembly in a climate-controlled shop. The role requires standing most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs while following standard safety practices.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance, and a full benefits package including PTO, holidays, quarterly bonus, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during tasks.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts (8–10 hours).
• Comfort using impact wrenches, drills and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic hand tools and clean parts with solvents, brushes and scrapers.
• Disassemble units by removing bolts, seals and oil pans.
• Sort and wash parts, place in baskets for processing.
