Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Engine Technician Grade Level 3 to support the F135 Field Team at Edwards AFB, CA. Work involves disassembling, inspecting, repairing and testing aircraft engines according to drawings and instructions.

You will use precision tools, read technical orders, and ensure safety compliance while handling parts. Shifts include 1st or 2nd, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related military aircraft engine maintenance experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, test, and assemble Pratt & Whitney military engines per work instructions.
• Use measuring instruments to check dimensions and ensure conformance to specs.
• Read technical orders and manuals to determine tools and parts needed for tasks.
