Work Schedule: 14 on / 14 off or Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Commission, troubleshoot, and repair engine and power systems equipment using advanced diagnostics and technical schematics.
• Interpret and assemble equipment from technical drawings, including power system schematics and symbols.
• Perform field service work with 24‑hour on‑call availability and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on maintenance and drilling equipment support.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively, work independently, and utilize Microsoft Word & Excel for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on diesel engines and/or power systems on rigs for level 1 positions. Level 2 and 3 positions should have 5+ years’ experience.
• Diesel vocational school certifications and additional training preferred.
• Working experience with Caterpillar engines, Detroit engines, various small engines, and bi‑fuel systems.
