Job summary

Warren CAT in Odessa, Texas, is seeking an Engine Field Technician II (R) for a rotating 14/7 schedule. You will travel to, lodge at, and work at the assigned location to deliver high-quality engine repair services and fast response to customer needs.

Responsibilities include performing engine and component work, diagnosing issues, completing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety rules and CAT guidelines. Overtime and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use databases and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
