Job summary

Warren CAT in Odessa, TX is seeking a Rental Technician II (Rotational). You will perform high-quality repair service on Caterpillar equipment, travel to field sites for 14-day blocks and lodge at assigned locations, while maintaining safety and customer support standards.

Responsibilities include completing jobs per ERLG guidelines, diagnostics, paperwork, parts returns, mentoring teammates, and ensuring proper operation after repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• CDL required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Forklift/man lift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs and tasks within ERLG without sacrificing quality or safety.
• Follow WCAT safety policies and procedures.
• Complete related paperwork and access required databases accurately and timely.
• Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
• Remove and install parts, disassemble and inspect assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Submit parts and core returns with documentation.
• Test and verify correct operation of repairs and adjustments.
• Mentor Rental team members.
