Reviva Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support engine disassembly and related material handling on the shop floor. You will use impact wrenches, drills, and torque guns, work with hoists and forklifts, and ensure safety, 5S, and ERP inventory accuracy.

The role requires endurance, teamwork, and a focus on right-the-first-time quality in a fast-paced environment. Joining a dynamic manufacturing team, you’ll contribute to efficient workflows, adhere to safety

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift up to 70lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a "Right the First Time" mindset.
• Preferred: Diesel engine teardown/assembly experience.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble engines using impact wrenches and other tools following SOPs.
• Operate overhead hoists, lifts, and carts to transport heavy components.
• Inspect components during disassembly for core integrity.
• Collaborate with technicians to optimize production flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace.
• Load/unload with a forklift and transport materials as needed.
• Move raw materials from warehouse to production areas.
• Maintain real-time inventory records in the ERP system.

• Engine Disassembly:Perform full or partial teardowns of complex diesel engines using impact wrenches, air chisels, and specialized hand tools according to established SOPs.
• Safe Component Handling:Operate overhead hoists, lifts, and carts to transport heavy engine components to cleaning stations while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance:Execute meticulous inspections during disassembly to identify and document core component integrity.
• Team Collaboration:Partner with fellow technicians to optimize production flow and consistently meet daily output goals.
• Workspace Stewardship:Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S and safety regulations.
• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload flatbeds and freight trucks safely using a forklift.
• Material Handling: Pull raw materials from the warehouse and deliver them to production areas.
• Inventory Control:Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records within our ERP system.

Fast -paced,hands-on manufacturing setting. The environment on the shop floor is usually loud, hot and humid in the summer months and involves standing on cement floors with exposure to chemicals and metal particles. PPE is always required on manufacturing floor.
