Job summary

A leading diesel remanufacturing company is looking for motivated Diesel Apprentices to join their team in Brighton, Colorado.   • Prepare and clean engine parts for reassembly.
  • Inspect components for wear and complete detailed documentation.
  • Maintain shop tools and work areas for safety and performance.
  • Assist the assembly team to support production flow.

Position Overview

We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Diesel Apprentices. This role is the starting point of our structured ten-year career path, offering hands‑on training in diesel engine remanufacturing, mentorship from experienced technicians, and long‑term growth in a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Tear down and disassemble diesel engine components for inspection and rebuild
  • Clean, organize, and prepare engine parts for reassembly
  • Inspect components for wear or damage and complete detailed documentation
  • Maintain and service shop tools, machines, and work areas to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Assist the assembly team with various tasks to support production flow
  • Follow all safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn diesel systems, tools, and remanufacturing processes
