Job summary

Reviva Inc. in Brooklyn Center, MN, is seeking an Intake Tech to perform repetitive workstation operations to clean, detail and qualify engine components using pressure washers and industrial washing machines.

You will work 5am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, earning $20–$21 per hour, and you will detail engines after teardown to determine if parts can be reused in the remanufacturing process. The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, proficiency with hand and power tools,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., impact wrenches, drills, torque guns).
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift up to 70lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a ‘Right the First Time’ quality mindset.
• Preferred: Prior experience with diesel engine teardown or assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailing and buffing type functions to clean, and smooth engine components of dirt, paint, rust ect.
• Utilizes hand, impact, power tools and equipment.
• Follow all Standard Work instructions.
• Report to department supervisor and initiate action to prevent occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system.
• Operate stationary or moving overhead hoists, baskets and carts.
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines/equipment as required.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform other related operations required or directed. May work at different work stations as production needs require.
• Other duties as assigned
