Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Compliance Manager to oversee the rental engine portfolio, ensuring ADs and SBs are implemented, and to act as the technical contact for customers with engine-on-wing issues.

You will lead predictive maintenance analytics, manage logbooks and records across Traxxall/CAMP/AvSight, and coordinate with the Asset Management leadership to optimize asset deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of turbine engine maintenance experience with data analysis or leasing
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into predictive maintenance schedules
• Proficiency with aviation maintenance tracking tools (Traxxall/CAMP/Quantum/AvSight) and Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance compliance for rental engine portfolio, ensuring ADs/SBs are embodied
• Define and approve technical work scopes for engine shop visits
• Serve as technical point of contact for rental customers and remote troubleshooting
• Oversee logbooks, inspections, and fleet audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate with Asset Management leadership on deployment and risk
