The Maintenance Compliance Manager owns the technical and analytical health of JSSI Parts & Engines' rental engine portfolio of 100+ assets, combining compliance authority with predictive maintenance and reliability analytics. This role defines and approves technical work scopes on repair events, serves as the technical point of contact for customers experiencing engine-on-wing issues, and provides input to asset deployment decisions. The Maintenance Manager reports to the VP of Logistics & Asset Management and provides oversight to the Traxxall enrollment team for enrolling and maintaining Traxxall readiness for all owned assets. This position will have one direct report.

For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $90,000 to $150,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
