Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is seeking an EXL TK/K Instructor to provide engaging, expanded learning experiences for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students in BACR after-school and enrichment programs. The instructor creates a safe, nurturing environment that supports social-emotional growth, early learning, independence, and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, 48 college units, or passing an instructional aide exam.
• Experience with young children in educational/childcare/after-school settings.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse families.
• Ability to supervise groups of young children safely.
• Proficiency with email, Google Workspace, and program documentation systems.
• Criminal background clearance, TB clearance, Mandated Reporter certification, trainings.
