• Establish rules for student behavior and monitor progress during class.
• Present instruction clearly with objectives and relevant examples.
• Provide feedback on in-class and out-of-class work to support growth.
• Develop instructional plans aligned with curricular goals and use available resources.
• Interact fairly with students, coworkers, parents and community; perform non-instructional duties as required.
