Beitzel Corporation seeks a dynamic Safety Trainer to deliver hands-on and classroom OSHA training across divisions, shops, and job sites. You will lead OSHA 10/30 and DOT driver safety, forklift operations, signal/rigger training, and NFPA 70E electrical safety while ensuring course documentation and compliance.

This role requires engaging teaching, strong safety knowledge, and willingness to travel to various sites.

Qualifications

• Current OSHA Outreach Training Program Authorized Trainer (Construction and/or General Industry) required.
• MSHA Part 48 instructor preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED instructor certification preferred.
• Safe and effective adult training delivery.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Teach OSHA 10/20-Hour Outreach courses for Construction/General Industry with proper documentation.
• Instruct DOT driver safety courses, including driver qualification, hours of service, inspections, and drug/alcohol program requirements.
• Lead forklift operation training and related safety evaluations.
• Teach signal person and rigging, NFPA 70E electrical safety, and other relevant safety classes.
• Deliver hands-on and classroom training across divisions, shops, and job sites.
• Commit to safety as a core value and maintain confidentiality.
