Job summary

You will integrate science, technology, engineering and math, deliver standards-based instruction in whole and small groups, and engage families and the community.

Qualifications

• The Classroom Teacher will be thoroughly committed to the PSOE mission.
• Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in education and a strong commitment to quality programs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of the STEM integration across Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
• Delivers direct instruction in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings.
• Maintains high instructional quality and rigorous expectations for students.
• Utilizes data-driven instruction and PSOE frameworks to ensure standards-based instruction.
• Completes assessments, grading, and conferences with students, staff, and families.
• Supports students with exceptional needs following IEPs and 504 plans.
• Maintains regular family communication and community partnerships.
