Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence, Inc. - Englewood in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Middle School STEM Teacher (5-8) to deliver integrated math, science, and technology instruction. Salary is $54,000 annually.

Qualifications

Valid Indiana State Teaching License or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in education.
Full-time teaching experience in a similar setting preferred.
Excellent organizational and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct instruction in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings.
Utilize data-driven instruction and PSOE educational frameworks to deliver standards-driven instruction.
Maintain compliance with IEPs, 504 plans, and related requirements.
Plan, assess, and communicate progress through conferences with students, staff, and families.
Collaborate with specialists and support staff to tailor instruction for diverse learners.
Foster a positive classroom environment and professional relationships with families and the community.
