Job summary

Spring Mill Pointe - a HumanGood community in Lafayette Hill, PA, is hiring a full-time Activities Coordinator to provide engaging programs for memory care residents, including planning and leading group and one-on-one activities. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with every other weekend and some holidays.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in recreation/health education or related field, 1–2 years of experience with older adults, and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in recreation, health education or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in direct programming with older adults.
• CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs for memory care residents.
• Lead group and one-on-one activities to promote mental, physical, social and emotional well-being.
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to individual abilities.
• Help decorate and maintain the activity area to create a welcoming environment.
