Job summary

Spring Mill Pointe, a HumanGood community in Lafayette Hill, PA, is hiring a Per Diem/On-Call Activities Coordinator to support Memory Support residents. You will plan and lead engaging activities, coordinate programs, and promote social, cognitive and emotional well-being for about 30 residents.

The role is part-time, on-site with weekend and holiday availability. Requires an Associate's degree in recreation/health education or related field and 1–2 years of direct programming with older

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with emphasis in recreation, health education or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in direct programming with older adults.
• CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs tailored to memory care residents.
• Lead group and one-on-one activities that promote mental stimulation, physical well-being, social interaction and emotional health.
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to meet individual abilities and preferences.
• Help decorate and maintain the activity area to create a welcoming and stimulating environment.
