Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction using KIPP NorCal's curriculum and priorities.
• Adapt instructional strategies to multilingual learners and students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with staff to implement student learning plans and supports.
• Establish clear goals and use checks for understanding and assessments to monitor progress.
• Analyze evidence of student learning to adjust instruction and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and grade records.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom grounded in belonging and high expectations.
• Implement culturally responsive teaching, SEL, and restorative practices.
• Establish routines that promote safety, engagement, and ownership of learning.
• Build strong relationships with families through culturally responsive communication.
• Collaborate with coaches and leaders to strengthen instruction and outcomes.
• Engage in coaching, feedback, professional learning, and reflection.
• Other duties as assigned.
