Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a customer‑focused HR Recruiter & Training Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for a large Houston property. This role partners with HR leadership and hotel leadership to maintain records, coordinate benefits, and ensure a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in recruiting or HR administration within hospitality, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or related field preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or HR admin experience preferred; hospitality HR experience is a plus.
• Experience with HR tech and training platforms is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service to hotel/resort employees.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate onboarding events and training schedules.
• Support benefits administration and employee communications.
