Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources – Recruiting & Training Coordinator for Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University. The role supports recruiting, training, and record-keeping, serving as the first point of contact for associates entering the HR office.

Responsibilities include updating training materials, tracking attendance and certifications, coordinating new-hire onboarding, and assisting with recruitment efforts while partnering with property leadership to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year HR experience or administrative work.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain training materials, checklists, schedules, and department materials.
• Maintain records of training, attendance, certifications, and communicate outstanding requirements.
• Facilitate and coordinate orientation and training classes for new hires.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks including Form I-9, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Provide professional, service-oriented support to associates, candidates, managers, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Assist recruiting with materials, screening, referrals, and candidate communications.
• Support HR committees and projects and participate in process-improvement activities.
