Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an in-person Instructor to deliver STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and Fitness instruction to PreK-12 students. Training, lesson plans, curricula, and materials are provided; assignments vary and compensation is per class or assignment.

The role reports to a Program Success Manager and requires dependable, engaging teaching across multiple sites. The position is part-time with a commitment to the full proposed schedule, demanding strong communication and presentation

Qualifications

Part-time position.
2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred).
Experience working with children.
Educational (development or training) experience.
Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Reliable transportation.
Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

Follow a provided schedule, arrive on time and prepared to teach.
Deliver standard-aligned instruction and manage instructional materials.
Engage in professional, responsive communication with the Program Success Manager.
Deliver inspiring instruction from the program collection and provide accommodations as needed.
Participate in family engagement efforts and help each child access and engage in Nexplore programs.
