Job summary

Nexplore invites qualified instructors to join our national enrichment team delivering in-person STEM, digital tech, art, life skills, and fitness programs to PreK-12 students. Instructors receive training, curricula, and materials, and report to a Program Success Manager.

The role is part‑time with a defined schedule and requires experience working with children, strong communication, and a commitment to training. Compensation is paid per class, with steady instructional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Part‑time position with consistent schedule.
• AA degree or higher is required.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing preferred.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Educational (development or training) experience.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS.
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, in‑person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction.
• Prepare for instruction using provided lesson plans and materials.
• Communicate professionally with the Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Deliver instruction from 80+ programs and adapt as needed.
• Engage families with events and showcases as applicable.
