• Knowledge of child development principles, behavior management strategies, and effective teaching methods.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Proficiency in computing skills, including data entry.
• CPR, AEP, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for working with children and creating positive learning environments.
• Ability to be a team player

Responsibilities

• Recruit staff and onboard to HR processes.
• Prepare/update afterschool handbook.
• Develop a diverse range of activities with program leaders.
• Prepare enrollment forms and collect fees.
• Create student rosters and share with leaders.
• Facilitate communication with parents and students.
• Oversee minor discipline issues with principal involvement.
• Distribute snacks/meals and document food program claims.
• Supervise staff and provide trainings.
• Keep attendance records and aid registration.
• Inventory supplies and report damages.
• Plan and ensure daily activities run smoothly.
• Create safety plans and communicate them to leaders.
