Job summary

Windham Southwest Supervisory Union Wings Afterschool Program in Wilmington, Vermont, seeks an After School Assistant Site Coordinator. The role reports to the Site Coordinator and Wings Director, supporting after-school enrichment for youth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School or Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead programs.
• Manage program sessions, ongoing site activities, and events.
• Lead programs 2–3 times per week as needed.
• Supervise all program leaders and academic services staff.
• Ensure Wings and WSWSU policies are followed.
• Maintain student safety and perform routine first aid per VT safety procedures.
• Fill in for the site coordinator when needed.
• Serve as a community liaison and communicate with parents.
