Job summary

Windham Southwest Supervisory Union WINGS Afterschool Program in Wilmington, Vermont, is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator for after-school enrichment. You will report to the Site Coordinator and Wings Director, helping to provide engaging activities for children and ensuring a safe, well-organized environment.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a high school/Trade School degree (preferred), and willingness to cover after-school hours 2:30pm–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Experience leading programs 2-3 times weekly.
• Maintain the safety of students and perform routine first aid.
• Follow Wings/WSWSU policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead programs.
• Manage program sessions, ongoing site activities, and events.
• Lead programs 2-3 times a week depending on site needs.
• Supervise all program leaders and academic services staff.
• Ensure Wings policies and WSWSU procedures are followed.
• Maintain student safety and perform first aid as needed.
• Fill in for the site coordinator when required.
