Qualifications

• Be at least eighteen years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent, and work toward Vermont certifications within the first year.
• Background checks and clearances are required by CCSU and Vermont Child Care Licensing.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire and IPDP within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring, supportive supervision of all children in their care.
• Develop engaging academic activities that enrich students' knowledge.
• Support students in peer and adult interactions while maintaining safety standards.
