Job summary

Burlington Public Schools is seeking a Program Site Coordinator for the After School Program (K-8) for 2026/2027. The role reports to the Program Director and Assistant Director and manages daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, curriculum development with site coordinators, budget oversight, and maintaining open communication with families; position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years working with school-age children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, child development, human services, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience with school-age children.
• Meet qualifications of EEC/DESE Site Coordinator.
• Familiar with EEC regulations and child development needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure activities are developmentally appropriate.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate curriculum development with other site coordinators.
• Maintain open communication with families and document child progress.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage site budget.
