Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities to promote community.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Lead and document activities and outcomes for individuals and groups.
